Visiting the site

Page views are counted with an analytics service that uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. The site sets no cookies of its own, and analytics is not run on the FMS health check page.

The FMS health check

The health check runs in the browser, and nothing is sent to Metys unless the report is requested by email. Requesting it sends the contact details entered, the profile selections, the scores and the answers. Metys uses them to send the report and, where a work email was given, to offer a follow-up call. Answers are deleted after twelve months and contact details after twenty four months, unless the contact has since become a client.

Booking a call and email

Bookings are made through Cal.com, which handles the details entered there under its own privacy policy. Email sent to info@metys.com.au is kept as ordinary business correspondence.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also stores health check submissions and protects the email form. These providers process information only to deliver the service.
